Subsidized residential construction in Croatia

Abstract

Decisions about public support to residential construction in Croatia, as made by the Parliament of the Republic of Croatia (Law), Government of the Republic of Croatia and other competent authorities, are presented in the paper. The role of individual bodies and institutions is described, and the information about sources for funding this form of housing construction is provided. The author indicates who is entitled to purchase such apartments and in which way such rights can be realized. The elements of the Program created to this effect are outlined, and the information about current realization of the Program is provided
